Lessons are a wee bit short for the kiddos and there is a lot of traffic on the training slope. They’re a bit oversubscribed IMO for the lessons and have too many groups going on at once which compromises the goal of the lesson - to practice applying your learning. For instance, my daughter was only able to do four runs (down a bunny slope) in one lesson and so there just aren’t that many reps able to be done with the queue for the rope tow with all of the groups going at once. It was a good intro session and the instructors were nice; however, each of the four lessons started 10 minutes late because they didn’t have it down which kid was in which class and with the last session I noticed they ended 10 minutes early. It’s perhaps better marketed as a 35-45 minute lesson of actual practice time. So I’m not sure I can fully recommend as the most efficient learning experience for young ones. I’d have to price out but I suspect even if an all day camp session further north might seem more expensive on the face, it would actually advance the goal of learning while actually being a more efficient spend.

A great little ski area on Cross Rd in Bradford, MA. I’ve been skiing here since I was a child and love all the new improvements to the lifts etc, and also love the same charm of the lodge that was present in the 70s! They have great beginner terrain for those learning, and if you want to make some runs without having to travel far, this place is it! You can make so many runs during a weekday that, even tho the runs are short, you can still get in some mileage. I do think they could improve their grooming. The snow making was pretty good this year. Even tho there wasn’t much natural snow this past season, most of the hill was open. We got there on a powder day the year before and it was great! But they leave the slopes too bumpy for normal skiers, not moguls, but chunks of hard snow. It’s actually dangerous. I think there is much room for improvement with their groomer. There is good parking too. We leave when the school busses 🚌 start arriving and it gets busy! They are open night time as well. This is a fun little ski resort!

My 10 year old daughter went to Bradford over the Winter 2022 with her school every week for a parks and rec program. Her experience was wonderful as she gained new skills with the ski school there, independence, and fun with her friends. Due to her leaving things behind a couple times (hat, gloves etc) I had to call management at Bradford and they were always nothing short of friendly and helpful. I love also how the ski area is in a neighborhood here on the North Shore. The mountain is manageable for a beginner but challenging for more experienced kid skiers. Very quaint too. Think Currier and Ives. And so accessible - only about 45 minutes from us. Sweet spot.

Horrible experience at Bradford on Feb 10th. I was asked to leave the mountain because I was walking with my 4 year old daughter on the bunny slope. I had purchased a learning area ticket for both myself and daughter and had appropriate gear on and with me. I was simply riding the magic carpet with just boots on so that I could help my daughter load and unload safely and start to make her first turns. I was an instructor at this mountain a number of years back and frequently did just this with their "ski wee" program. We would have three instructors for safety, one on skis and two on foot to make sure the kids were safe. When asked how having a snowboard attached to my feet made it safer for other people or my daughter, who is a new rider, they could not give me a reason and suggested that I get her a lesson. When I told them that I was a former certified instructor that worked for them in the past, and did this while employed by them they had no response. Their reason was that it was an "official policy" that Neil let "everyone" know about years ago, mandated by the state. When I later called other Massachusetts ski areas to double check this I found out the staff at the front desk were lying to me and that what I was doing would be no problem at their mountains. They refused to refund the two tickets that I had purchased 30 min earlier, instead offering a gift card. I had proper boots and a paid ticket for both my daughter and myself, and was still told to leave. Absolutely unacceptable on the part of Neil and all at the ticket office. I will not be returning and suggest that others steer clear of this non family friendly place. Absolutely disgusted by the management. Please spread the word especially to the school systems that frequent this place. If you can't support someone learning to love the sport you sell then you should not be...

Got robbed from this place essentially. Got there early like it says to, to situate my buddies rentals. Get there around 10 i figure get our passes early too go get food and come back. No where does it say you have to wait until 12:00 to get the 12:30 pass. Also for walk ins i get all the way there and what if it happened to be sold out. You’re telling me theres only a 30 minute window for half day passes before potentially selling out from online purchases that can be made. Thats so terribly designed. I get to the window SPECIFICALLY asked for 12:30-4:30 halfday ticket. WAS NOT told i was supposed to wait. Got handed a half day ticket that apparently said am on it. So my buddy and i have our tickets thinking were all fine and good 12:30 hits come to find out we only have 30 minutes left to ski. Its his first time trying the sport and my first and LAST time ever going to this place. I asked to change tickets bcuz the girl had screwed up and they kept playing denial defending this girl trying to say i made all of this up essentially just taking my money and not believe me because im a younger individual. The man who originally told us to change our tickets quote said “oh ya honestly the office is always messed up and dont know how to do their job” Coming from YOUR OWN lift guy. Anyone who goes here will get robbed if u dont already know the rules that aren't posted anywhere in the area. I mentioned i go strictly to loon and never go here. Any other real ski resort is not made like this. They didnt like that one and i got questioned if ive ever gone skiing before HA, Bradford is so poorly ran and they have high school kids running the place everywhere not knowing how to do their job This place is a joke of a “hill” Go to blue hills or nashoba not here. Waste...

Its ur boy Fil Scarfo here I huck bakies for days and then hit the race hill ftb Hashtag Sam Lawler is my idol ]. I tried to fight a poser with some Saga outerwear but I was such a Jerry he was scared of me. MAX LATAM RUTHLESS OPTICS, trevor did indeed allow sammy lawler to hop in the line and then trev was chirping sammy lawyer saying he owns the mountain. TO BE CLEAR TREVOR GALLO HAS BEEF WITH SAMMY LAWLER. Once trevor gallo has confirmed that sammy lawyer could hop in the line sammy lawler proceeded to knock down my friend trev and ski away while high fiving. Trevor was hurt (head and arm not seriously) it seemed as if the ski patrol did not care as it was reported to them. Ski patrol contested that sammy lawler skied there a lot and his parent were notified FOLLOW ABBEYBO3 ON INSTAGRAM #SOLID #STEEZE. I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO WORK ON A CAR/ VAPEORIZER. I GO SO HARD AT BRADDY AND IT IS A SHA,ME TO SEE PEOPLE ARE GETTING HURT HEAD AND ARM NOT SERIOUSLY. SOMETIMES I THINK TO MYSELF WHAT BRADFORD COULD BE IF THE SKI PATROL TOOK BULLYING MORE SERIOUSLY AND PULLED KIDS PASSES WHEN THEY ARE PUAHING PEOPLE OVER AT THE END OF NIGHT SKIING AND SKIING AWAY HIGH FIVING. I ALSO FEEL IT IS A SHAME THAT THESE BOYS TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO RUIN TWO GIRLS NIGHT SKIING EXPIERIENCE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY PAID ENOUGH MONEY FOR ONE NIGHT TO GET A SEASON PASS TO ANY OTHER MOUNTAIN. SO IN CONCLUSION I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MY SPONSORS RUTHLESS OPTICS AND HOG CUSTOM LURES. I got table toped by my boy matt dzwil and pavito and I'm so rattled cause she...
