We had our wedding at Willow Spring Vineyards, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the right place — rustic, elegant, and full of character. The barn, the vineyard views, the lighting, and the atmosphere all came together perfectly to create a night we’ll never forget.

We worked closely with Briana, our coordinator, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, organized, and always one step ahead of us. She answered every question with patience and made sure every detail was handled. On the day of the wedding, Briana and her team were incredible — calm, professional, and completely on top of everything. Because of them, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to truly enjoy the night.

Willow Spring also went above and beyond with small personal touches. They created His and Hers custom drinks for our bar menu, which our guests absolutely loved. They even have a beautiful little bridal room tucked away from the main space, which gave us a chance to sneak away for a few private moments together. That quiet time meant the world to us — it slowed the night down and gave us a chance to soak everything in.

Hosting our "Lil' Pumpkin" baby shower at Willow Springs Vineyard was nothing short of enchanting. The venue's rustic charm provided a cozy and picturesque backdrop that perfectly embodied the spirit of the season. With the golden hues of the autumn leaves, charming wooden accents, and stunning vineyard views, it felt like we had stepped into a fairytale.

The delicious catering by Artisan Chef was an absolute delight! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, offering flavors that were as comforting as they were exquisite. The food was a highlight that had guests raving all afternoon.

A special mention goes to Briana, our shower coordinator, whose impeccable organization and attention to detail made the day seamless. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every aspect had been meticulously planned to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Her passion for creating memorable experiences truly shone through in every detail, making this celebration one that the mom-to-be, family, and friends will cherish forever.

Willow Spring Vineyards was an absolutely amazing venue for my daughter’s wedding held at the beginning of September 2024. Everything was perfect, from the outdoor ceremony to the reception in the barn. We had just under 100 guests. It was nice that guests could mingle out on the deck and on the beautiful grounds. Jade and Briana were extremely helpful and went above and beyond by anticipating every need to make the day special! The catering staff from the Artisan were also great, and the food was delicious too! We went with an upgraded Gold Stations menu, to our guests delight.
