Growing up here the locals would know the place as Kings Landing, and it's a nice isolated spot to go to when you want to swim, fish, or relax.
There are many places to swim, there's a bay in the front by the old wall (be careful it's veru easy to get hurt here), and then there's the kids pond, it's an overall safe place to swim for both kids and adults, it's known to be the kids pond due to how shallow it usually is, on higher tides though it can get fairly deep (it's best to keep an eye on the tides), there's the marsh behind the parking stones, it's safe to swim, nothing dangerous in the water, but it's prone to getting slippery and it's very possible to get hurt if not careful, there are amazing swimming spots further in the back although they can be difficult to reach for some people and for most people during high tide. .
I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you get the chance, be careful though, like anywhere else there can be sketchy people lurking around (sadly I've seen em here too), always have your eyes and ears open, and always have an eye on your Keiki (children) no matter...
