Puakō Bay — Attraction in Hawaii

This is a little known area of intense natural beauty that is seldom crowded. The color of the water in the bay is unreal! Indigo, blue, green, turquoise! And always lots of turtles to admire. You can check out the dock at the boat ramp which has lots of parking. From there you can walk along the ocean via the Ala Kahakai Trail. Pretty place to watch the sunset, but that's about it. The water is always murky. Ive tried to snorkel here multiple times over the years, but the mud makes visibility low.
