This is a little known area of intense natural beauty that is seldom crowded. The color of the water in the bay is unreal! Indigo, blue, green, turquoise! And always lots of turtles to admire. You can check out the dock at the boat ramp which has lots of parking. From there you can walk along the ocean via the Ala Kahakai Trail. There are also several small beaches and public ocean access points along the road. Some are sand, some are coral. All of them are little pieces of paradise that you might have all to yourself, even on weekends!

Pretty place to watch the sunset, but that's about it. The water is always murky. Ive tried to snorkel here multiple times over the years, but the mud makes visibility low. I talked to a local captain & he said the visibility is never good. There is a heavy fishing presence so if you do get in do so with a dive knife. You'll more than likely encounter fishing line.

Great quiet spot that locals frequent but not shared to many. The ocean life here is top notch and very diverse. There is an easy walk out be it for surfing, snorkeling or scuba diving to take in the abundance of activities here. Plenty of free parking and shade to keep your car cool waiting for your return
