The main trail to top of main mountain peak, first 1/4 segment, not bad; however, as you go further up the mountain it becomes quite difficult. Not really any trail I would take children under 12 y/o on. Probably one of the most natural woodlands in upper Bucks County. Site contains approx. three boulder fields and rare plants. Wear orange during hunting season, as it is part of State Game Lands. Parking lot fills up quickly on weekends. Better to visit on a weekday if you don't want to jockey for a space. There are no bathrooms on site. Closest bathrooms at nearby Nockamixon State Park. After you park, take the trail closest to the kiosk, as the other trail is really a service road for State Game Commission staff. Site contains diabase boulders similar to Ringing Rocks Park, so no need to trek out to Upper Black Eddy with all the diabase boulders on...

The foliage is thick so there are no views to speak of. On a week day I didn't see anyone so I had a peaceful hike to...

It was pretty fun climbing up the rocks, until I dropped my emotional support water bottle in between two boulders where it lies there to this day. If you see it please say hi. That was traumatizing. Other than that I had a great time and...
