Short walk to the waterfall from the fishing pier area. We then explored the Old Mill Trail. The "loop" is easy and quick. You can then cross the creek to continue the trail out to the edge of the lake. I'd say with all that it was about 5 miles. We found two different maps for this trail with one heading more south.
