If I could give zero stars I would- sad part is that my mom and sister have been seeing Leanne for years but I still feel the need to let others know what to expect after my experience with her.

First off I came in with my little sister the day of my flight overseas which I had communicated with her when I made my appointment. I told her I don’t really like lashes because every time I got them, they end up irritating me and I pluck them out which ruins my real lashes. I ask mentioned that the last time I got lashes was 2 years ago and I’m a bit nervous but want to do something different since I’m going on vacation while keeping it classy and simple.

I showed her a couple pictures of what I was thinking and she said these are too much and too pricey for what you’re looking for. I’m going to do something that will fit your needs. I asked beforehand how long my appointment will take she said 1 hour (remember flight is in a few hours).

Almost 2 hours passed and after removing the tape I was in shock. It is nothing like I asked. I looked like a cheap stripper and my eyes were burning. I cried on my ride to the airport which made my eyes even more red. They stayed irritating me for 3 days until I decided to remove them after paying full price for lashed I never wanted. I didn’t ask for a discount or special treatment. When I texted her- she refused to refund me and used chat gbt to gaslight me. I showed her how after only 4 days I have a gap in my lashes and how this is not what I asked for and not what I agreed to pay based off her recommendation and she wouldn’t even acknowledge how she lied in front of my sister. I tried this nail salon for the first time and thought I had a good experience, so I decided to bring my daughter in a few days later for a fill. Unfortunately, just four days after my own appointment, my cat-eye design started lifting. I stopped by the salon hoping they could help. The technician filed down one nail and told me to come back an hour later if I wanted it fully fixed. That back-and-forth was already frustrating, but I came back as instructed.When I returned, a gentleman, not the original artist was tasked to fix. The staff kept going back and forth in their language, and the man who worked on me clearly didn’t seem happy about it. He was very rough and filed so hard a couple of times that he made me bleed. Overall, I left disappointed with how the situation was handled. While they did fix the issue, the experience was unpleasant, and I hope the nails don’t lift again. It felt like night and day compared to how I was treated as a new client versus when I returned with a problem that wasn’t my fault. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m inconveniencing or a pest. The pictures show the lifting between the black and the top coat ( not sure of name). Pic also shows where I bled from the roughness of filing from the artist.

I am a new repeat customer at this place and I've tried of few of the salons nearby. Queenie does a fantastic job with my nails. I do the french dip manicure. I like my nails to look elegant and natural and she gets it 100% right. She really does a great job and she's the reason I come back regularly now.

I also got eyelash extensions done for the first time ever before I went on vacation a couple weeks ago. I asked for a natural look (but being my first time, I didn't know how to articulate that). So I ended up with very dramatic lashes, albeit very well done. I tried to let it grow on me, but it just didn't suit me well and I called later and asked if there was anything they could do to tone them down, since I really felt I needed a more natural look. They asked me to come back that evening at close and they completely redid my lashes for no cost, which I really didn't expect. This is a time consuming, tedious process. They got it perfect for me the second time and I now LOVE my lash extensions. I was beyond impressed that they stayed late to make sure I was happy with my lashes.
