This has been our summer spot for nearly a decade. There's been open swim starting at 12:30pm, 7 days a week, for as long as I can remember: as well as just last month when we came on a weekday. Well, today when we showed up, they said after the first week of opening, they decided to change their hours to 2:30pm open swim from Monday-Thursday. We drove 40 minutes, just to be turned away and have to drive straight home. Words cannot express the devastation my 3 and 5 yr old's endured. It honestly broke my heart, listening to them cry the whole way home. I couldn't even be annoyed because I felt the same way they did. Why wouldn't you have this schedule set and ready to go by opening season instead of changing it after the first week. Read moreI had a really great time there with my daughter and granddaughter. What, I don't understand, how the table behind us had a collapsible cooler, they had chips, not your chips, fruit drinks, peanut butter and jelly crustables, fresh fruit, like watermelon, grapes.....ect. it says that no coolers are allowed. My granddaughter was saying why do they get to have food and we have to go to the car and get are food. What the heck is the policy on bring outside food? Other than that, it's a great park, and I will visit again. I just couldn't explain it to my 4 year old granddaughter. You need to fix this. Somehow they got through your search process. Someone in your staff is letting some people go through, there was more there than just this...
Read moreATTENTION: Website and google show a playground structure in the pool. This is no longer the case. If you have little kids don’t bother coming here. It’s $10 per person for just a pool. The water slide is for kids 48” and up, but their sign is set at more like 50”-52”. There’s a aquatic center in Temecula called the Ronald Reagan Sports Park that has a pool, a big water slide and a fenced in splash pad for the kids with a huge dump bucket and small water slide for kids. The splash pad is free from 9am-12pm and after that it’s less than $10 to get in per person for all the amenities. Also, the customer service is top notch at the other park. Take your money and go there...
