If you get the chance... even if it's out of the way.... even if you have to drive an hour.... go here! It makes a world of a difference. Even when you Crack the egg.... it doesn't run! It's plump and composed! You smell taste and see the difference. Please if you are able... never get store bought again. Support local business because they put HEART into what they do and what they offer! I live in Redford and will make it a priority to stop by and get a couple dozen eggs every time I'm within 30 miles of this place! I'm so happy I made the decision to stop by! We purchased 4 dozen eggs... gave a dozen to my brother in law and a dozen to my father inlaw. Hubby will be taking a dozen to share over breakfast at work today. It's that good. When you are so used to supermarket trash and don't know what local small businesses have to offer... you truelly are missing out. We will be back. And we will be purchasing many more! 4 dozen eggs lasted 2 day! Usually a dozen would last a week! It's that good! Right decision 👌 I cook my eggs with fresh home churned butter. A dash of salt, and mix/scramble it continuously on low heat. The outcome is velvety creamy flavorful eggs like you've never had it before. It becomes such a wonderful dish, and not just "eggs" pair it with some fresh baked bread and a plate of fresh veggies (cucumber, tomatoes, olives, green onions) and you've got yourself a wonderful meal. Thankyou so much to the owner for showing and sharing his story with us! He came from scraps and built himself up. Bought this beautiful piece of land and is now sharing his hard work with the world. They have much more to offer including corn and hay and fresh vegetables. We were very early and they hadn't put food in the stalls yet so definitely stop by closer to or...
Read morePregitzers has best bell pepper plants and I've been buying them for years. Despite the cool/rainy weather of May, most of my plants were about 12" when I bought them! Not one had an aphid or any bugs. For too many years, I was buying 3" seedlings from stores (or other nursery) and every time, they had bugs - with peppers, it's aphids. That doesn't happen here. Last year, I raised about 25 pepper plants and I had enough peppers (wash, cut in half, clean and put in freezer), to eat every day & last me until March. This is the place to go to buy plants for your garden in the spring - or now. Next spring, just save enough for me! This variety is called Gypsy (Bell pepper). I've had plants with 5-7 peppers are them at same time, but you rarely seen in others' gardens. This is a family farm and they are really nice as well as hardworking and helpful people. If no room for a garden - peppers, tomatoes & other veggies will grow in a large pot or the new grow bags. Wade is really busy, but when not in the field, he knows so much about plants and their care. Their produce is so good they are able to take it to...
Read moreWe went there this past Tuesday to look at the animals and had planned to buy pumpkins. We were enjoying the animals and my 2 year old was sliding on the little tykes slide. A woman that worked there asked if she could help us. My friend who is a caseworker told the woman we were just looking at the animals and would be getting pumpkins. She told us that people from the schools rent the time during the day for field trips and we couldn't be there. My friend told her she thought it was open 10-6 but the woman said no it's only for school groups but we could come back on the weekend! My friend stated her coworker had just been there and the woman said she must have been here on the weekend because it's only for the schools and told us we would have to leave! I don't know why you would advertise weekday hours! I can't bring my 10 month old and 2 year old and buy pumpkins for my children! Shocked is...
