I went to this place about a week ago with my friend. It's was supposed to be more than one but one of them sold out.. Any way that's not the point. The point is my friend and I get there at 9:00 sharp and there are 3 people in the parking lot waiting in there cars and one of the employees are waiting in the lot. I found it rather odd for the employee to be in the lot and not inside so I asked "what was wrong?" And he replied "the other employee had the key to open". I didn't believe what I was hearing. Whatever... Everyone waited for the late employee with the key. When he gets there they go in and one says "give us 5 mins". I waited 5 mins and nothing. We all waited close to an hour. It was ridiculous. I ask them "why did it take so long" and one of the employees quickly replied "well if you don't like it you could've gone somewhere else" REALLY??? I was very upset. When we got inside we had to wait an additional 15 mins to shoot because the lanes weren't clean? After waiting 40 mins and now that smart remark I have to wait an extra 20 mins? Wtf were they doing there for 40 mins? Eating crap? As we were waiting the employees were cursing back and forth. One was answering phones the other wasn't doing anything. It was a disaster. I don't know about the business owner of Miami guns but at my place of employment if I'm late, get smart with a customer, and I curse around children I would get termination on the spot. I just wanted to shoot and get this nightmare over with. Then I hear "You can't shoot rifles" Are you kidding me? A gun shop where you shoot and also sells rifles does not have their ranges rifle ready? It's not like if I want to shoot a Bazooka in there. That's the last time Miami guns gets another dime from me or my friends and I have a ton of firearm loving friends. If I want to go to an indoor place to shoot anything I'll go to Florida guns in Hialeah, Pembroke gun range, or even Aces in Doral. If not Markham park or Henry's for outdoor. NEVER AGAIN! That's the last time I ever step...

Read more*UPDATED POST: My original post (see below) is from January. Since then I have vistied several other ranges and shot a large variety of hand guns, but when it came time to purchase my first 2 handguns I returned to Miami guns. Walking in I was a little nervous, I was unfarmilar with the process , I had several firearms I was interested in and had a slew of questions. 2 minutes in the door and I was allready feeling more confident about the process. I explained to them what I wanted, a conceal carry and a full size for the home. I talked about the models I was most interested in what I like about them each and what my reservations where. I told them which guns I hated shooting and why. They helped me narrow my choices down even eliminating some of the more expensive models ( even though they had them in stock). They made some other suggestions and in the end I feel very confident about my choices. There was no high pressure sales here. The reality is they easily could have sold me the more expensive models but instead they took the time with me , over an hour ( I had alot of questions) and they used their expertise to make sure I made purchases that was right for me. I gave them 5 stars for their no pressure sales, honesty and knowledgeable staff. It is always a positive experience everytime I come here. ORIGINAL POST: Small range with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am a novice shooter that hadn't shot in a long time and the staff gave me a quick refresher and stayed with me answering all my questions. Left feeling more confident about safety and the basics. Even recived some tips that helped with my accuracy. Would have gave it 5 stars but I am looking to purchase and they just didn't have a large enough variety of guns for rent for me to find the "right one for me". Looked at some for purchase and prices appear reasonable and can't stress enough about how helpful the staff is here. Will definitely return and...
