I personally had a terrible experience with this company and I would never return to them with my business. In my situation i went in for a battery change for my IPhone 6 it was simple enough the battery life was shortened so i decided to get a new one and change it. The first time i arrived at this store the guy who was at the counter said that the could change it no problem he was alone since no one else was in the store. i just give him a couple of minutes and it would cost $20. With that great offer i did so and left about 15 to 20 minutes later with my phone in hand working better than it had been before. they told me any issues to bring it back. in about 3 days on a Friday the same issues arises in my phone and annoyed with it i went back and told the same gentleman that the problem came back. he replied that he had run out of IPhone 6 battery replacements to come back on Monday that their shipment came at that time. i understood waited the weekend and came in on Monday. this same gentleman said they received the shipment, but he can't install the battery it would have to be Tuesday. i urged why you did last time he said yeah but the guy how has to do it comes in tomorrow he is the owner/boss. i begrudgingly said fine so i came in the next day for the battery exchange they came up with the excuse that the batteries are sometimes faulty i didn't care at the time i just wanted it replaced. i waited in the store for 45 minutes to 1 hour for the battery change. significantly longer than before. making me feel as though the first guy never even changed the battery in the first place! i got my phone i didn't have to pay anything for the exchange. they repeated of anything happens to come back. fast forward 3 to 4 months later the battery has the same issue which was the mass iPhone issue that iPhone where shutting off with plenty of battery left on the battery notification. i went to another location paid 70 dollars and was told that the last person to change my battery not only installed it incorrectly it was a old used iPhone battery and was the reason i was still having my problem with my phone shutting down randomly.

I took my TV here to get fixed after the screen went dark. They got the screen to turn back on only to have it fail again in a day. The owner blamed it on a technician he had to fire that was stealing. They then took my tv for 2 months to try and fix properly and to guarantee it would work for a year. I got the tv home and it died again in an hour and the place does not return phone calls. They always tell me to call back at a different time to speak with owner who is no there. Fantastic experience with very knowledgeable electronics experts. They work very hard to see what’s wrong with a device without charging a penny, which is pretty much unheard of.
