Glacial Till Vineyard & Winery — Attraction in Hickman

My husband and I had our wedding reception here and it was everything I could have asked for and more! When we came out to tour the vineyard we were blown away with its beauty both inside the building and outside on the lawn and vineyard. I wanted a bouncy house since we had so many kids coming and when I asked about it, Malorie was so excited with the idea and made me feel so good about my request. Despite having other locations to walk through it was clear to my now husband and I that no other place would be as perfect as Glacial Till Vineyard.

I had a million questions during the whole process and communication with our coordinator Aubrey was so easy and I would get responses with an hour or two usually. As the day got closer and all of the little things needed to get figured out, Aubrey was always adamant that we had the day we wanted and validated everything we wanted (which was a true blessing). Also as a side note: Aubrey made beautiful custom wine labels for our selected wines for the reception with our names and wedding date that matched not only our wedding theme but who we were which added to how much she cared about our special day.

When our wedding day came everything was set up exactly how we wanted (bouncy house included!). We were able to enjoy our day and not have to worry about small miscellaneous things that may have come up. With my husband and I running around talking to people and taking pictures, the Glacial Till staff was always coming up to us asking us what we needed or wanted so that we could enjoy food and drinks despite the craziness of the day.

Overall, I would recommend Glacial Till for any and every event. They were so wonderful to work with and truly helped make our wedding...

My husband and I just had our wedding almost a month ago at Glacial Till Vineyard and it was perfect in every way. The venue space is so easy to work with not only in terms of the people but just the space itself. It can be transformed in so many ways and I was constantly inspired by others and how they used it for their wedding.

Aubrey was an absolute star the whole wedding process and could not recommend her enough. She was so sweet and will answer any and all questions you may have. She never makes you feel bad when you spam her with questions or want to come out to visit the location again.

They let you use practically every inch of the vineyard. We had our ceremony in the grass instead of the stage, we had a picnic in the back vineyard that was so much fun with custom glacial till champagne bottles we had purchased ahead of time, we had people downstairs, outside of the patio, and inside.

The location also provides for stunning photos and brought my whimsical, garden party to life. I seriously could not have picked a better place to host the absolute best day of my life.

First: I never leave reviews. Good or bad. Just doesn't cross my mind. Second: Glacial Till has been my favorite vineyard due to their delicious ciders alone. Tied with Saro for quality, but with many more flavors and better availability. Third (and the reason I'm leaving this review): I play in many local bands, and I've played at every vineyard around Lincoln. On my way to Glacial Till, I ran over a nail and I showed up to the gig with a leaking tire. It promised to ruin the night for me, as instead of feeling the music I'd have to be thinking about changing a tire, calling AAA, getting a tow, etc. A bandmate mentioned to the staff at Glacial Till my tire was slowly going flat. Within minutes, Tim pulled up in his truck, identified the leaking tire, and (with my permission) drove my car to the barn. 30minutes later he drove my car back with a patched tire and 37psi of air in it.

You can't make this up. Go to Glacial Till for the delicious Cider and Wine (and good music 🤌😎), but stay knowing you're going to be taken care of and treated...
