Fantastically long, but beautiful hike to Dead Horse Lake in the Uinta Mtns. Breathtaking views all around the cirque and the lake is an amazing Glacial blue. Ample camping nearby lake and along the hiking route. 10 Mile hike from trailhead is easy/moderate. First 8 Miles little elevation climb, but some climb the last 2 miles. BRING EXTRA SHOES/SOCKS! The hike is a boggy/wet mess.
