Foothills Trail - Whitewater Falls Trailhead — Attraction in Highlands

Stopped at this short but very scenic hike in June. It says it is a .6 mile walk but only half of that it uphill on a very wide paved path. At the midway point there is an overlook where you can see the falls. If you want to get a little closer you can head down about 30-50 stairs for an amazing view. There are no restrooms at the trailhead and you are supposed to self pay $3 per vehicle for parking and display...
