I really enjoy this location; it's spacious and offers plenty of activities. There's a nice playground with ample seating, baseball fields, and good parking. The restrooms are porta-potties, and there's an extensive walking path perfect for Pokémon Go, making it easy to find spinners and Pokémon. It's a great spot for taking kids, and while it can be a bit windy at times, there’s plenty of open space for flying kites. People often walk their dogs here, and everyone is very friendly. I've been visiting for the past six months since moving to Delaware, and I haven't encountered any issues. It's similar to any other park with hours from sunrise to sunset. Read moreGreat to occupy the kids. My almost 4 and almost 2 year olds loved it. Only issues I have is there is a baseball field right next to the kids playground and open bleachers that if the littles run away, they can access and potentially fall down. There is no way to block them off. Also there were many baseball games going on while we weren't there which was cool except four foul balls ended up coming into the sitting area right outside the play ground. One even landed next to a stroller!
