Reading Truck — Attraction in Holbrook

On October 13th, we were driving through Holbrook, AZ and our hot water heater had a fuse issue. We went to Reading Truck and Katt Baldonado was amazing! We had the bad fuse, though they did not have it. Katt proceed to look online for more details, called local places to find it and kept trying... We spent about 45m there while she continued to call many places in the area and not in the area. She found it at a place that was not local. She asked for our cell number to call us if she finds it. Sure enough, the next morning before we left town, Katt called and said she had the fuse! We stopped by Reading Truck and paid for it. Katt was AMAZING and her customer services was delightful! ...

Fantastic Service! We blew a freeze plug on our 40ft RV and lost all our coolant. We parked in their front drive for two days while they ordered what we needed. Had our RZR with us so explored the area. Jason was our tech/Kevin the Mgr and Izzy kept everybody organized. They were all so pleasant and helpful. When our part got there Jason came in early one morning and they had us out of there by noon - all at a very reasonable price! The entire staff seemed to really know what they were doing and kept us informed. Just a great experience. Honestly, they are 150miles from where we live but if we ever need diesel repair that's where we are...

The service department here was phenomenal! Had an NOx fault code on our RV's cummins engine. Everywhere I would call wanted me to bring in our RV, that we live in fulltime, and leave it for a week to get looked at. These guys kept me up-to-date on getting the part in and then I went in and left it there to spend the day at the Painted Desert. Service Manager called and said it ended up not being the NOx sensor and was cheaper to fix than they quoted. They also were able to change the oil, oil filter, air filter, and do a chasis inspection along with greasing and such. They were easy to deal with and made sure I was happy. HIGHLY recommend...
