We LOVED this place. We brought our 4 year old and twin 16 month olds, and it was perfect. The splash pad area is big enough to explore but small enough that you can always see your kids. The slides kept the kids busy and amused. Our 4-year-old loved the "big" yellow slide. The kids took turns "jumping" off of the walls and swimming around with us. If we loved closer, we'd have a season pass. There's plenty of chairs, and lots and lots of sun. The area is clean and well maintained. It's a great price for a long day of fun. They are pretty strict about the food and drink policy. We had to pour out our water bottles and put our chewy granola bars in the car. But otherwise, we've no complaints.

This place is an absolute blast. Our 1.5 and 3.5 year olds had a blast. They played for hours till they just couldn't go anymore. Being from wv I wish we had something this fun. We came just for here and got a hotel for the night. (Don't stay LA Quinta) Best weekend trip we have taken in a long time. We were a little shocked at the prices but It was def worth every cent. Wife watched the kids while I hit the biggest water slide. The concession has plenty of snacks and prices are good considering the type of place you are. You can buy a whole pizza for 16.50. Can't remember the other prices. They have chairs all around and you can shower in the changing rooms (things we didn't know)

Disclaimer: I don't do the sun. Or water parks. But if I did, is being my kids and they would love it. We went for a superhero event. Very entertaining with music, tees, fun mini events, etc. The place was packed to capacity and it was 95 degrees at 7pm. The line outside was about 30 people deep, just waiting for people to leave. Tons of things for kids to play on in the water, slides, etc. There should be a more effective way to control capacity for people wanting to come, maybe timed ticket entries or something? Also maybe a misting area for parents? Altogether, it's a great place to get your white trash on!!!!

First I NEVER leave reviews but just want to share my experience with others. My son takes swim lessons at Green Ridge. Today I thought as a special treat I'll let him swim at Splash Valley. We tried to exit the doors that went straight out but was told we had to walk ALL the wa around the the actual entrance even though we are already paying patrons. The reason? They have to "click" the amount of people in the facility. Normally understandable. But after walking back into the building which was cold especially for a child that's already soaking wet from swim lessons. I thought it was absolutely ridiculous to charge FULL price for observers. My husband was fully clothe after coming here straight from work. After paying lo and behold there was no one CLICKING (the whole reason for the big inconvenience). My husband didn't come in the same time when I paid. He just walked right in no one asked for proof of payment. We finally get in and my son was allowed to get in for 5 minutes before having the whistle blown at us to get out due to "adult" swim. Ummm there was not a soul in the pool. So in all I paid for 3 which only 2 were swimming and we got to "enjoy" this place for less than an hour since they close at 7. I didn't use our free passes and wanted to use them for a different day since we only had 1 hrs 25 minutes after swim lessons. So I have 2 free passes to Crap Valley. Let me know if you want them since we will never be returning...

We went here today and previously we go often but I think today is our last time giving this place our money. First off they were out of fries, lids, starry, and gave out of several other things way before closing time. My niece came with shoes but they were stolen so she left without them. The worst thing is we paid our money to get in this Waterpark along with the family I came with (8 people in all) and we changed out clothes when we got there but half of us left wet because although the park closed at 7pm the bathrooms to change shuts down at 645. Now what sense does that make. Then.they had the audacity to guard the doors so people had to leave wet. One lady was ready to change her toddler out of their wet clothes and was sent away and she was very upset as we were. This is the first time this has happened and the only excuse we got is people were staying in there too long. This is unacceptable to the people that wishes to use all their time for the money they paid to not be able to change their clothes afterwards. Do better or you will lose business. I don't care if it's just me and my family that doesn't support you all anymore because we came as a big crowd which will still be a loss of money for you all. My advice for the people that come here is to go to a place thats fair because this is not the place. Signed by one mad...

I am confused by all the positive reviews. The slides are so rough they left huge red welts on my husbands back. The water was so cold that my son, who was so excited to go, couldn’t go in the water for more than a few minutes without shivering and his lips turning blue. The lazy river was anything but. And they raised the price overnight. Yesterday when I was planning my day trip to this “waterpark” with my family the website said that it was $7 after 4pm for both residents and non residents. Then when I got there at 4:05 I was rudely told that that wasn’t the case anymore. I was smugly told to pull up the website and prove it. So I did and the website was completely different. So of course I paid full price for my family. When I asked guest services about it they said it was a new policy and the website must not have been changed until today. I find that to be horrible business practices. I shouldn’t plan my trip the day before only to show up and the price be different. And if they were changing that policy why wasn’t it clear? I don’t recommend this place especially if you are coming from outside...
