Bourdet's Christmas Trees — Attraction in Hollister

John has a superb reputation and a great business. There is a wide variety of Christmas trees many that are grown there on their farm, as well a wide selection of fresh trees from Oregon I believe. This year I selected a 7 foot Noble fir. I asked them to flock my tree, which I have done before. This year they had a new flocking option where they add iridescent glitter, it really sets the tree off with the lights! They involve the community as well. I believe that the Lions have snack bar/cider stand. Many of the community youth are invited to perform. Oh yes, he even convinced Santa Clause 🎅 to be there for children to talk to and get a photo with. They even allow the adults to have complimentary candy canes!

Everything from the helpful staff who assist with selection of your perfect Christmas tree, to carrying your tree to your vehicle, the entire staff is helpful, kind and courteous.

Awesome place! I took my younger siblings here this year. I have to tell you I was so impressed. Taking 4 special needs children out to a crowded public event can really be a task. This place had great entertainment for the kids, the staff and the patrons were all in great spirits. And the farm was on level enough ground we could get wheel chairs around there. Chopping down a Christmas tree has been a great family event for decades in our family and this place will be the place to go from now on. The owner was there chopping up trees with his staff. They do a catch and release type tree stand deal which is really cool, they shake all the needles off before wrapping it up and have dollies for the trees as well. Family tradition to drive to Bourdet's Farm for their farm fresh Oregon trees 🎄 grown in California. Funny.

We enjoy our yearly trek to the farm to take photos, drink spiced hot cider or hot chocolate, play on the teeter totter, grab a weird looking contraption that hauls the cut tree, use a saw to cut our beautiful perfect chosen tree, strap it on car and drive home.
