Kiosk at beginning needs some attention, fading, no maps, etc. Red trail to blue trail needs attention, rotten trees across trail, limb debris all over trail. Blue trail best but tractor stored under shed needs to be put to work mowing grass in lots of areas, I would hate to get bitten by a copperhead & need medical assistance. My last concern is resting benches along trail not just at end of boardwalk, I am 72, my wife is 65. We visit lots of WMA lands & Dungannon was good but just needs a little maintenance.    Read moreEasy to walk with a nice wide trail. There are a few trails, slightly less easy, which run off the main trail. The main trail is about 5 miles out and back. There are no facilities. I've never seen more than one or two people there at a time. It is very peaceful and quiet. There's a swamp towards the back of the property with an alligator warning, but I've never seen one. The first half of the main trail had a lot of road noise and edges along the property lines of some run-down houses, and was pretty unremarkable.
