I've been to many concerts and venues over othe years and I must say, I hate this place and probably will refrain from visiting in the future. Plan on getting here early if you want to see the whole show you paid for. Parking is horrible. No direction, poor signage, and attendants standing around just looking around and have no idea which way to send you. Unless you're willing to pay more than you paid for your concert ticket for so called "premium parking" you'll be walking or waiting for a shuttle bus. When you finally get to the so called security screening area plan an being a while. Even though the lanes are marked such as fast lane. There is such chaos people are directed to the fast lane causing those who paid for fast lane access to now wait thus having waisted their money, and those already waiting in line for half an hour are now being passed by those just arriving. Then expect to be yelled at by security because when you were directed to the next screening area you went to the wrong person because the person he wanted you to go to had a jacket on and was not identified as venue personnel. On top of that wanted to have an additude because my child followed me instead of staying in the other line. Sorry my kid comes first and I don't see the big deal in a secondary screening for them too if that's what's required of me. The lawn area is horrible, always has been but somehow seems to get worse as time goes on. The sight lines are bad and the sound system is out of date and not all that great. The place needs an overhall as the days of ballet and symphony obviously don't make this place money. They over pack the lawn with people then rent you a chair that you can't sit in because of the unstable ground and the herd of people tripping over you. Not gonna get into the overpriced food, but from what I understand at least a portion of that money goes to local kids sports program and such so I'll give a pass on that. Stage needs redesign. Seems like every show the artist complains or apologizes for the limited show production. For the prices that Im being charged, I'd like to see every thing I payed for. Trying to get out of the place is another nightmare. Same lack of direction and signage. If you end up in one lot or the other, you can only go North or South then have to figure out where to make a u turn.

Do yourself a favor and don't pay for any so you called convenience at this place. You're just waisting your money. Better yet alot of times same act will be playing in Camden. Take the drive and enjoy. Until they use some of my money to update this place, two thumbs down. Not worth the aggravation anymore.

As stated above I have visited here on many occasions. Google will let me select one. I've been here on the weekend, weekday, and holiday. All the...

Update* After experiencing the lawn last night for the Jason Aldean concert I was appalled on what took place. There is no security or workers whatsoever in this section. Only on the top middle going towards the stairs back down to the entrance. No direct path for people to walk or get by on the lawn. Everyone stepping over our multiple blankets, knocking over drinks and food. Pushing in between our chairs with complete disregard, and pushing into our group with no care. Tried my best not to but almost got into multiple fights. Then a man 5ft away from us falls down and is laying there in pain while everyone is stepping over him not caring. Medics took forever to come. Once again no clear path of traffic to even be able to see the man down or be able to help him in a timely manner. He ended up breaking his ankle. The way the lawn is currently being run is a complete and absolute safety hazard. Do not buy lawn tickets for a busy concert unless you plan on wrestling all night to maintain your spot. Very difficult to enjoy the show. PNC needs to do better for the lawn section. Even if you buy a chair rental for $20 you still will have to push people away from you since there is no structure or respect for anyone’s space. I’ve been to PNC multiple times, more than I can count at this point along with plenty more shows lined up to go. And I’ve never had a worse time at a show. I love being outside and seeing all the trees at this place it is definitely a unique venue with its open space. Lawn tickets are cheap though and I understand the whole idea of being on the lawn and kind of a free for all when it comes to sitting, first come first serve. It just needs to be updated with isles and some workers directing the flow of traffic away from people enjoying the show. The strangers around me also felt the same way in regard to their chairs/blankets being kicked over and stomped on with no respect. All night long dealing with this put a big damper on the show. Lastly the water refill areas are so far away from the lawn, meanwhile they have the waters for sale all around you up there. Classic business scheme, but not when everyone is almost passing out next to you on the lawn from dehydration and even the singers are saying how hot it is. PNC dont you want your visitors and customers to have a good time? Give us what we need to have a good time, basic needs. More order, and more water would have went a long way last night. I have a few more lawn seats for this summer and I’m really not looking forward to going anymore. Learned my lesson. Was on the lawn once before this concert for Disturbed and it wasn’t as bad. PNC DO BETTER!

1st time ever at PNC Bank Arts Center

We had VIP Merch package, so we were able to enter early. Which made the entrance easy peasy. Although the signage outside was not helpful we saw VIP and Fast Pass (are they not the same? LOL) We ended up just waiting off to the side until people started to show up and we formed behind them. The merch package included a drawstring bag, poster, can cozy and VIP lanyard. We left most of it in the car but hubby had 1 bag flat on his back, in case we bought merch inside. Security told him he can't go in with it because it was not clear... So I just said can we just fold it up and put in my purse, which he said ok.

Once inside all we saw were stalls for alcohol and no food... :/ Saw a sign pointing to our section, which was past another set of gates. We had to show our ticket to another security person, even though we had the VIP lanyard, before he would let us head to head to our seats...

The next section had the Merch stall and some food with more alcohol. Grabbed 2 cans of water, they only have Liquid Death, at $7 per can! Never had water in a can, but here we are... It taste like a can... :/ Since we are not allowed to bring a water bottle to refill there is no choice :/ Got the chicken tenders and fries, it was $18 for 3 pieces of chicken :/ Although the chicken was flavorful, we didn't need sauce. It was a lot of fries which were ok.

I was not expecting to go down stairs since when we came in there was stairs going up... Man it was treacherous going down with a can of open water and an open container of chicken and fries! I definitely spilled water trying hard to not spill the food while trying to open my phone to show my ticket! I can not imagine how drunk people make it down those stairs lol

Seats were pretty good! Section 104 Row P Seats 1 & 3 Aisle seats so clear line of sight to the stage.

I do have to give kudos to the women's bathroom! During 2 of the breaks between artist, I got there and there was no line. At the end of the concert, I got on the line at the turn to the bathroom past the exit, but it moved fast! I had just started to complain to other women on the line about how long it would take and next thing I know I'm near the entrance. There was a woman with a big voice moving us along. Unlike other venues where you are stuck in line for what seems like forever.

Fun concert and a nice venue! Will make sure to eat before we come if there is a...
