The Barn on South Holland — Attraction in Holmdel Township

On July 2, 2022 my husband Paul and I celebrated our wedding nuptials with our closest family and friends at 279 South Holland also known as The Barn which was in memory the most magical day! We searched for the perfect venue for several months prior to locating The Barn and were quite discouraged throughout that process. Our luck changed as we drove up the long driveway and we felt that glimmer of hope that we might have found a diamond in the rough. The grounds were perfectly manicured and beautiful but it wasn't until we saw the inside of the barn and met with Rachel that we knew this was going to be where we would marry. Rachel not only handled the sales but she assisted with every question and scenario that we presented her with. She provided us honest feedback on everything from the day we met until the day of the wedding. We truly appreciated her candidness and all of her help! Any bride knows that wedding planning is not an easy process and it adds unnecessary stress while taking the fun out of it. She truly made it so manageable and for that I will always be thankful. The owner Anthony made certain to introduce himself and was there the day of the event. He was a great guy and anyone could tell he genuinely enjoyed seeing his venue being transformed to create memories that will forever be etched into the memory of the guests. That is truly priceless. The Barn is unique in that you can turn it into anything that suits your needs. It doesn't matter if you're hosting a big or small event because they manage it just the same and that is what sets them apart from the rest. We look forward to hosting other events at The Barn as it will always hold a special place...

The Barn was absolutely stunning. A perfect blend of Rustic charm and elegance! We were blown away by the picturesque setting and the warm, inviting atmosphere.

The grounds are just breathtaking. Every Corner of the venue was picture perfect with lush greenery, charming details, and a serene peaceful ambiance. truly stunning!!

Rachel and Anthony were incredible, they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect and anything I needed was taking care of. I felt completely cared for throughout the whole time from day one of booking. The entire staff was professional, friendly and so attentive, making everything run seamlessly.

The night before my son's Communion we had a really bad storm, trees down, power outages, everything was a mess everywhere you turned, but not the Barn. Anthony made sure he had his staff there cleaning the grounds and making everything perfect for the start of my party and that's exactly what it was. PERFECT!!!

Rachel was an absolute lifesaver! She went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. From the planning stages to the day of the party, she was there always ready to assist with a smile. On the day of, she was there the entire time, ensuring everything ran smoothly and stress-free. Her, dedication, professionalism, and genuine care truly made the party unforgettable. I couldn't have done it without her- she's amazing!!!

I can not recommend this venue enough. It was hard getting my guests too leave that's how gorgeous this place is and makes you feel.

After visiting over 30 venues in the Monmouth County area, we by the strike of like found The Barn on South Holland. As we pulled up into the perfectly manicured landscape my husband and I KNEW that we HAD to get married there. The venue is such a quaint and magical place. I cannot thank Rachel and Anthony enough, as soon as you meet them you know they are family/ These two have gone above and beyond (more than any other venue staff that I have come across) to make sure our day ran smoothly and was really special. The tent of the property is a massive win and provides lots of flexibility. Every detail and effort didn't go unnoticed. Not only would we recommend this venue to our friends and families, we are looking forward to celebrating many more joyous occasions there! Thank you Rachel and Anthony, you both were so fantastic!
