Back 40 Barn — Attraction in Homosassa Springs

The Back 40 Barn is a beautiful location for any event, especially a wedding. I have had the pleasure of photographing a handful of events at the Back 40 Barn since they had their soft opening in September 2022. I am amazed at the amount of hard work the owners, Erin and Shane, put into making this a great place for an event. Not only is the barn and property breathtaking, but they also have a very hospitable bridal suite for the bride and her bridesmaids to get dressed in. I did not know Erin and Shane before reaching out to them for a tour of the barn before the first wedding I photographed out there. They ended up treating me to lunch that day and spending several hours showing me around, introducing me to the animals, and telling me their vision. We had never met before, and now I consider them my friends. They are really good people who want to help others have a great experience on their BEST.DAY.EVER! I consider myself blessed to have met and gotten to know Erin and Shane, and I am looking forward to seeing them continue to build...

Back 40 barn was the most beautiful venue we could have asked for. Erin and Shane were so compassionate and made sure our special night was everything we could ever ask for. They are truly meant for this lifestyle and are dedicated to what they do. They had went above and beyond with bringing our dream to life. If there was questions or concerns they had answers and solutions. They made it very apparent that they love what they do and that they will do what they can to make sure your night is about you and perfect. The venue was VERY clean well organized and perfectly set up. The atmosphere was so inviting. You have the fun rustic theme with the thought of convenience and accommodations for your older guests. The property is also another gorgeous site! This venue all around is perfect. They truly thought of everything and are continuing to expand. Please continue to be genuine people it truly makes the difference...

Booking this venue was a no brainer for us! This venue is so versatile to make any style wedding become a reality! It was definitely the perfect canvas for our Wildflower Fairytale wedding! From start to finish working with Shane and Erin was a breeze! They are very accommodating in every way! One of my favorite parts about the whole venue is the convenience of the reception area, there are so many different spots to mingle and have conversations! The outside bar area is perfect for the people who just want to mingle and have good conversations and inside the barn is the perfect dance area! The bridal suite is very comfortable and convenient for getting ready with your girls! We are so very blessed we booked with Back 40 Barn! Our day turned out more than perfect and we can’t thank Shane and Erin enough for all the hard work they put in to help...
