Largest public park in the Hawaii Kai area. Lots of space available for organized kids sports such as flag football, soccer, and baseball. On sunny and hot days, spectator parents and rekatives will find shade under monkeypod trees located on outer edges of the playing fields. Includes basketball courts, tennis courts, restrooms, a kids playground area, a skateboarding park and community gardens. Lots of street parking available. However, caution is advisable since it is along Hawaii Kai D4ive, a very busy street. May be busy on weekends and evenings when organized sports are in session.

This skate park is great with some sections for beginners to get used to the idea of going up and down the ramps with most of the verts being bigger for more experienced skateboarders. The people there are nice and taught me a couple of tricks and techniques that you could do in the skate park. This skate park is more for the skaters that like vert skating than street skaters but there are some grind sections.

The Kamilo Iki Community Park has some great activities available for all ages. The skateboard park is busy on weekends and some evenings but get there early and you might have it all to yourself. The four basketball courts are popular although you won't run into the same kind of crowds you find in town so if you want to get a pick up game together you are much more likely to find a free court here. Large level playing fields are popular for soccer games and practices and a cute playground with nearby picnic tables set under large shady trees is also popular. A couple less known features of the park are a 40 plot community garden tucked back in the trees beyond the basketball courts and an inline skating rink that has been mostly abandoned since the opening of an indoor facility in Kapolei. The community center has washrooms and drinking fountains and hosts summer fun activities as well as other activities geared toward children. There are two small parking lots located off Lunalilo Home Road near the skate park and at the end of Maniniholo Street. Many people also park along...

This park is great for the nearby residents and others who need some space to stretch their legs. Weekends are busy here with baseball games dominating the top field and it's hard to find parking on the road but a lot of people park in the neighborhood across from it. Be extra careful crossing the street since drivers do run the red light frequently (even while I was crossing with two small children) causing wrecks every few months. The bathroom is next to the top field in the building and below that is a small playground for young kids next to a few trees with picnic tables and below that us another field leading down to the skatepark. Next to the playground is a newly refinished tennis and basketball court with a community garden hidden beyond that. The skatepark is very popular with anyone on wheels and offers something for all levels and a small parking lot that can hold about 5 cars. With all the different levels of fields and room to run this park is a nice place to take the...
