Bridge crosses just below the falls. Often you can watch kayakers and rafts shoot the rapids. It was a bit too early to watch them the day I went. Parking is a gravel pullout. Not a bunch of room for a long vehicle.
Two pit toilets at the site. one north of the parking lot and another south of the parking lot across the bridge.
Past the south pit toilet is a set of steps going to the edge of the rapids. Kayakers use this to walk back up stream when they are running the rapids, so don't camp out there.

It showed "is here" (and it is😁🙉) but you need to cross the bridge and you will see an open parking area. Park there. From there walk back to the bridge (it has a pedestrian path) and you will see the trail. Is not really a hike per say but it is amazing. You will enjoy it.
