By far the longest and highest zip line I have done in the entire US. Gondola takes you to the top of the mountain with spectacular views of the cruise ship and scenery from the top - kind of giving you an idea of high the release point will be. Safety wise - they need to do a better job at the instructions because it was very high level. It feels they are overlooking key aspects of doing the zip line safely and asking people to be careful especially in the middle of nothing below you! You reach the treehouse which is the launching zone. Six at a time and all are releases at the same time - crews do make sure everything is intact before they let you go. This is a high velocity high altitude ride - but the harness makes you feel safe all the time - it’s a sit up position all the time and no Superman flying! You can reach speeds up to 50-60mph and the cold air does blast you in the face - ask for goggles if you wear glasses. Tie your scarves etc tightly because my wife lost her ear muffs mid way. The speeds will make you swing backwards etc and you use your hands to change the seat directions if so - ensure your feet are pointing together and straight (not bent at the knee) - this and the hand swing will make you point straight along the zip line soon enough. Overall - a high octane 120s ride that gives you a full high altitude view of the landscape and expect the sudden death stop at the end. Wish they could allow 2 rides for the cost because if you cannot get your facing straightened- you could be looking backwards all the time and...

You definitely need to buy tickets ahead of time, as only six people are allowed per session and spots fill up quickly. The journey to the top is part of the adventure itself, with two scenic cable car gondola rides taking you up to the summit where the zipline begins.
The zipline ride itself is absolutely incredible, fast, thrilling, and unforgettable. At 90 seconds long, it’s the tallest in the world and was, until recently, the longest as well (Dubai now holds that record by a small margin). The views and rush of flying down the mountain are worth every moment.
That said, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. The walk from the summit down to the launch point is steep and rocky, so good footwear is a must. Also, the check-in crew at the summit was surprisingly unfriendly, which did dampen the experience at first. Fortunately, the launch crew who handled the safety gear and equipment were excellent, professional, reassuring, and made me feel completely safe.
They also provide a GoPro style camera to capture the ride, and you can purchase the video afterward for $40. I went for it, and it was definitely worth it to relive the experience.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this zipline for the adventure and thrill factor alone. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience, but I can’t quite give it a full five stars due to the customer service at the top and the tricky path to the...
