The Boltes, who own and operate Arlington Acres, are phenomenal to work with. We can’t say enough good about our experience. Not only is their venue STUNNING, but it boasts an exceptional rain plan that allows you to leave your reception space untouched and still have plenty of room for guests to mingle for cocktail hour. Arlington Acres has two beautiful suites for the bridal party to get ready in, two equally gorgeous areas to host reception events, and a naturally beautiful outdoor ceremony space. Not to mention, there are so many great locations for photos that your photographer will love! Arlington Acres provides monthly open houses for booked couples so that you can do walk throughs with family, friends, and vendors, test decor, practice walk throughs, ask questions, and even do photo sessions. Sarah even went as far as to help us schedule a private time to do our engagement shoot on their property. We also booked majority of our vendors through the recommendations made by Arlington Acres. They have built an incredibly helpful website with all kinds of tips, suggestions, and measurement info for their spaces. We booked Arlington Acres for both the Friday before our wedding and the full day of our wedding, Saturday. This gave us and additional day for set-up and we held our rehearsal dinner at the venue Friday evening. We looked at 5 venues with Arlington Acres being the first and nothing compared to the venue itself, or the hospitality and kindness shown by the Boltes. They are as invested in making sure your special day is flawless, as you are. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful their space and property is, and they loved the photo opportunities their sunflower patch (seasonal) brought to our day. Wedding planning is not easy, especially when you live an hour and a half away from your venue, but Sarah and the Arlington Acres team made it such an enjoyable process. It's easy to see that the venue is gorgeous, the family did an amazing job restoring the barn, while keeping the character! One of our favorite parts of the venue is the amazing scenery that made for beautiful pictures; We loved having access to so much land and to be able to have different backgrounds for our photos. Another one of our favorite parts of the venue are the getting ready spaces for the bridal parties. We loved having our own spaces on the property to enjoy and relax with our friends and family before the ceremony. Our favorite part of our day was after dinner when we got to dance and have fun with our friends and family. The lights hanging above the patio and inside the pavilion gave the most amazing ambiance to the night. If I could tell any of the couples who book with Arlington Acres one thing, it would be to go to the monthly open houses! You think you remember everything from the first time you saw it, but every time I went back I remembered something I had forgotten about, or I had a new idea of what I wanted to do with the space! I loved being able to use the space as I wanted, there was no “right way” to use a space. Sarah told me suggestions for layouts and how the spaces had been used with past weddings but that I could set it up as I wanted. It’s clear to see that the venue is beautiful, but none of that would be possible without Sarah and her family. We loved working with a venue who was so easy to communicate with, were so flexible and we could feel genuinely cared about us and our dreams for our wedding day. A rustic dream come true at this historic barn venue!

Our wedding at Arlington Acres was truly everything we had hoped for and more. Nestled in the countryside, this beautifully restored historic barn offered the perfect blend of rustic charm and timeless elegance. The moment we arrived, we knew it was the one.

The barn itself is absolutely stunning, with its original wood beams, gold chandeliers, and gorgeous reception area, it created such an intimate and romantic atmosphere. The surrounding property offered endless photo opportunities: rolling fields, vintage touches, and even a picturesque sunset that made our ceremony feel like a fairytale.

The team at Arlington Acres was phenomenal. From the very first tour to the final send-off, they were attentive, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. They worked seamlessly with our vendors and made everything flow effortlessly so we could relax and enjoy every second.

Our guests were wowed, not just by the venue’s beauty, but by how personal and heartfelt the entire celebration felt. We’ve had so many people tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended.
