I planned my son's birthday party in festival farm and everybody had a blast!!! We took our cake and food to farm. Farm had four picnic tables, round tables and benches for us to use with a tent. Guests ate in the tent and we proceeded to other activities.
They have alpaca, pony, donkeys, bunnies, emu, goats etc. Kids were really excited to see and feed the animals. There was a hay ride arranged with caramel pop corn (pop corn was farm sponsored!). Also activities like feeding the goats and pony ride. There was a small slide and pedaling tractors for kids. Carnival music was played all the time. After the party we stopped to get apple butter from the farm (which tastes awesome).
Judy and Jay love their farm and everyone! Very accommodating and caring owners. You will see it when you visit there. If you want to support local business, please go here! Diane (not sure whether that was the name) was also very helpful in these activities.
Altogether, It was wonderful experience for everyone and a birthday to...
Read moreDiscovered this farm on Google today and called in to see if the farm is open. A lady picked up the phone, a sweet voice says “hi!” I asked “is this farm open to public today ?” “Yes! Just wear some old clothes and boots , it is a bit muddy here. Haha..” “nice! We are not afraid of mud.” Then we both laughed.
I like this person already! I thought to myself.
The moment we arrived, we see all the animals having a good meal with fresh hays. Then Jay came out to greet us. A very nice man.
He played a Christmas music for everyone visiting.
We fed the animals and pet them. The cat Bootie came over and let me pet her as well. Guess I was wearing very warm and comfy clothes, she climbed onto my laps and I hugged her for a while.
Everything is so full of love and calm. I feel as if I am walking inside my own homes or visiting a close relative.
Thank you for creating such a loving place and admire your hard work Jay and Judy!
Will visit again ! Happy...
