The 1/2 mile-loop walking trail winds through an active prairie restoration site with a wildlife observation deck, bird blind, and gorgeous sunset-viewing spots. Perfect easy-access spot for birders, native plant lovers, and anyone looking for a peaceful place to recharge in nature. Read moreThere are very few pedestrian friendly areas in Horseshoe Bay. This is the newest and BY FAR the nicest. It's a half mile walk around this incredibly well done nature park with a lot of attention to detail and nature preservation. Dog friendly with the exception of the steel foot bridge on the back side of the park. Fine for people, not good for dog paws but an easy walk around with the pooch.
