Round Mountain Cider Mill — Attraction in Horseshoe Bay

We loved it! This is a stunning facility that’s fully equipped as a formal event venue, (non-alcoholic) cidery and donut house, and a large taproom with beers, cocktails, and wines on-tap with a wristband self-serve.

They had a great band with a $10 cover charge, only when there’s live music, otherwise it’s free to enter. The sound was excellent and there was plenty of covered and uncovered outdoor space. There’s also a smaller stage, playground, and cornhole out back.

They have four food trailers, but they didn’t start opening until right before the music started so I wouldn’t plan on them outside of peak times. We paid $20 for each barbecue plates.

Most important to us was how welcoming and kind all of the staff were. Everyone we talked to was so excited to welcome us, and the owner gave a kind speech mid-day welcoming everyone and thanking them for coming. We’re looking forward to...

AMAZIIING PLACE!!!! My in laws recommended us to come to this place and said that it was freaking amazing!! And boy were they right!! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to go and chill or get out of the house a bit this place is for you. And the sourdough here is freaking amazing I had it for breakfast the next day and it was so delicious!!! Next time I’m getting the Jalapeño and cheese one. The alcoholic drinks I also recommend to try I was not able to taste everything but what I’ve tried so far was so good and even if it was new for me I still tried it. It is highly kid friendly a lot of space to watch your kid(s)and a playground for them and they have a corn hole and ping pong so great for the family. By the way they have donuts and they are delicious....

Absolutely incredible spot just outside the city! Round Mountain Cider Mill delivers big with a massive, crystal-clear high-def screen perfect for game days or outdoor events. The vibe is unbeatable with tons of space, fresh air, and great energy.

What really blew me away was the tap wall — 50 self-serve options, each with its own digital display, so you know exactly what you’re pouring. Everything from crisp local ciders to bold IPAs. Perfection for craft drink lovers.

And don’t skip Oli’s Food Truck — the food is next level. Creative, fresh, and exactly what you want with a cold drink in hand.

This place nails it for chill afternoons, nights out, or catching the game with friends. Can’t recommend it...
