Crown Lake — Attraction in Horseshoe Bend

The Aqua Park and its staff deserve 10 stars. My son and I attended a session this morning. We had a blast. About half way through our time, I got a pretty nasty cut on the bottom of my foot. (No fault what so ever of the park, just something that happens some times when you're swimming in a lake) I had signed a waiver so they could have left me to fend for myself but the lifeguards were very kind and helpful. First responders had to be called. They were also very nice and helpful gentlemen. Long story short, in a situation where I could have been in a very tough spot if they had exercised their rights to leave me to my own devices the staff and first responders really stepped up to help me out when I really needed it. Oh, my son continued to have fun while I was getting patched up thanks to life guards and just other friendly people who happened to be there. Though some may desire up to date decor, the place is clean and functioning. The view from the balcony is wonderful, overlooking the lake. The staff is pleasant.
