Ponce De Leon Center — Attraction in Hot Springs Village

I had my Wedding reception in the Ponce De Leon Porte Cache. If I could do it again I would rather have no reception than support this company with my money. I was very disappointed when I went to pay the fees and they tried to charge me DOUBLE what they promised me. The receptionist, Valerie, was not professional when discussing the mistakes they made on the cost of renting this facility. She spoke rudely to me and had very poor costumer service.

When looking at this venue there were many specific questions I asked to make sure it was in my budget and supplied my needs. They had all the answers I was looking for in our personal meeting. Unfortunately, by the time it came to pay, their word meant absolutely nothing, and they tried to charge me for every single thing I asked about in the personal meeting.(table clothes, decorating early that day, and hanging lights that I bought for decoration) After an hour of conversation they took off the cost of hanging lights up and decorating early, but put me in a terrible position to either pay them money for tablecloths, or have none at all.
