Please do not trust the property manager. Snake oil sales like tactics when it comes to getting people into the building.

I had multiple conversations with her about all the options I would have about moving in since I was moving from another state. She acted very flexible with how the non-refindable deposit could be rolled over to a new unit if I needed more time and was so welcoming and accommodating.

I found myself needing to push back the move in date due to family and economic issues and she switched up the tune very quickly.

They of course have a high demand in the area so they must feel entitled to behave this way.
