Update: August 22, 2025 The new & improved museum is a must see in Hot Springs. Whether you are a resident or a first time visitor to the Spa City, this is a place you have to check out. Family focused, there is somethong literally for every age. Take a walk down memory lane and find your favorite childhood toy. Their car exhibit is top notch and will blow you away with all the cars seen in classic movies. Jon & Bridgett are the best tour guides in answering all your questions and providing so many interesting facts. Grab your family and make a trip soon. Great place for birthday parties & special occasions. Retroverse is a place where everyone feels like they belong.

We toured the museum today and what an amazing experience it was. If you are a Star Wars, Marvel, D.C. or fan of any toy created in the 80's, this place is for you!

This museum has so many different genres, toys, collectables, costumes & characters. It is perfect & family friendly for all ages. Whether you know a little or a lot about Star Wars, Galaxy Connection has so many original & one of a kind exhibits. The tour guides are friendly & knowledgeable and make the tour fun and interactive especially for the kiddos.

Awaken your inner child and go visit this amazing museum. Hot Springs is very fortunate to have such a unique and high caliber place to see so much memorabilia. It is such a great experience you definitely want to see it more than once.

You can feel good about supporting local business as the owners are so involved in giving and serving many...

It's a great collection of 80's and 90's memorabilia. There are a lot of Star Wars and different Marvel movie costumes and props. It is not that interactive. You get one Polaroid photo and you can wear a Jedi cloak and hold a nice light saber for a photo. You can play a retro game system. It's a short trip that's a little pricy, but the money goes to great causes. I think it's worth at least one visit if you are a fan.

**Update on reply from business. It was ment to be 4 stars not 3, sorry. The cost versus what we got was to high in my opinion. The tour was a little rushed. It took all of maybe 20-30 minutes for her to usher us through each room and speed through the spill for each. We were not allowed to touch or interact with enough stuff in my opinion to advertise as "interactive". Yes, we were allowed to walk back through on our own to take more time to look at things. We were allowed to play on the 3 working game consoles or the couple of arcade games available in turn with the other guests there. We spent about an hour there in total. It's not something I would do again for the money. It's definitely a one and done attraction, but nice if you are a retro or star wars fan. And we were told more things are being added in the future, so that might add more. Plus as mentioned, I love the charity aspect. This is why I gave 4 stars. 5 would have been for a little more time amd information spent on tour and a little more interactive options...

My husband and I visited and had an out-of-this-world time! We’re both really big Marvel fans especially so we were delighted to see so many cool features such as costumes, character props, inspired artwork, toys & other regalia inspired by the franchise! As a Barbie fan, I enjoyed seeing the museum’s extensive collection of vintage Barbies and her accessories (if you collect them they had several boxed/unboxed dolls in the gift shop). Another favorite feature was the replica of the 70s/80s living room — it felt like jumping back in time through a Time Machine! We were thrilled and impressed to see the record player in the room was performing at such a great quality and in good condition. We had the best time getting to try out some of the vintage gaming consoles! We were also very pleased to hear that proceeds from sales goes towards the community. Lastly, the lady who greeted us upon arriving and told us a little bit about what we’d be seeing was friendly, attentive, and it was evident she was passionate about her job. If you’re a Marvel, DC Comics, Star Wars, or even an enthusiast of vintage toys and things from the past we highly recommend you visit Galaxy Connection! We can’t wait to come back someday and bring our...

My family and I visited on 12-18-2020 and I really enjoyed the tour! The Galaxy Connection is an impressive museum with several amazing action figures, costumes, props, you name it! We only did the regular admission. In my opinion, the main thing that would make the VIP price worth it is being able to hold the lightsabers and take pictures with them. The tour guide was quite knowledgable about the different items and full of fun facts about the making of Star Wars and production details. My first complaint is that he did go a bit fast and sped through explanations. An extra 5 or 10 minutes over the course of the tour would have been a bit better. He was also a bit dismissive when I asked certain questions. So my feedback to the tour guide is to work on being a bit more courteous and attentive even after the tour is over and people are asking questions in the main lobby. Overall, this was a great place to go for a fun little outing and I would recommend it to any Star Wars, DC, or Marvel fan.

So my wife and I both 50 years old were told by friends to visit here while in Hot Springs. We had to pre-purchase your tickets in advance and chose a time for a tour and we chose 1:00pm. They asked us to be 15 minutes early and we accommodated. We were met at the door by a gracious young man who was very pleasant. He told us about the retro game console room to use while we waited for our other patrons for our tour. Upon starting it was a seventies and eighties tour directly through our childhood. Both from toys and just nostalgia. Without spoilers for the tour itself there were several rooms stocked with toys and accessories that were pure heaven for us. We were very fortunate to have our tour mates be our same age and sharing stories similar to our own. Every toy and prop got us in the feels. So in conclusion if you are a gen-x’r born in the late sixties and early to mid seventies you will be struck with vivid memories of your childhood. Loved it would recommend.
