It's been a while since I had blue bell icecream since the whole listeria outbreak and all. I am totally disappointed by the "new" formula of the Dutch Chocolate ice cream. It tastes NOTHING like it used to and I am incredibly displeased. I hope alienating your customers is worth the "savings" you get on crappy ingredients.

There is a video surfing around Facebook, where a young woman is taking lid off your brand, licking the ice cream, then put the top back and in the freezer at a Walmart. My advice to your company is to put the plastic around the top or a seal underneath it, after seeing that, I no longer want Blue Bell Ice Cream.
