Hernandez Service's Lawn Care — Attraction in Houston

I live in a 3-story town home with a small patch of grass for a yard and I hired them for lawn maintenance since our HOA has suddenly stopped providing lawn care. EJ was responsive, communicative, and most of all punctual, which I greatly appreciated and is more than I can say of many lawn companies I’ve hired in the past. Also notable was that he gave me a fair price to mow my little “lawn”. Although I haven’t needed to continue the lawn care (my grass doesn’t grow much in wintertime), I did hire them again for their house cleaning service and they did a fantastic job. EJ was very courteous, efficient and responsive to all questions I had about his service prior to using him. He answered the phone right away and gave me a fair quote for my yard. He even mentioned to me about the ditch on the side of my home and how that needed to be mowed to avoid a fine from the city of Houston just in case part of it belonged to me. The fact that he pointed that out let me know he was the yard guy for me as he didn't have to say anything about that! His two yard workers Cooley and Ross were also very professional, courteous and quick! I called several companies and Mr. Hernandez was one of two that called me back. He returned my call on the same day. The second company called me back three days later.

He did a beautiful job on my overgrown lawn. There was an issue with the lock on the gate that leads to my backyard. It was totally my fault, but he made the time to come back and finish the job I believe the very next day. Mr. Hernandez took before and after photos for me and what a difference it was.
