Over priced. Same exact items cheaper pretty much everywhere else. The "special food" for dogs and cats is horrible. Dogs dont like the food. My cats wouldn't eat the food all day. So I put it out for the outside strays and they wont even it. Two full trays have been out there for two weeks untouched, and they're starving! They say they guarentee the food, but when I called to return they said they need the bag. Bull. Need the bag for what? Are they going to reseal it and sell it? They're just cheap and provide poor customer service. Wont be back there ever again! Maybe good for farm animal owners but dont call yourself "the hungry puppy" then. Actually, maybe that's a perfect name, because your puppy will be hungry because he wont eat the food! UPDATE** So, because of my negative review, now the owner wants to refund me. Could have done that on the phone when I called originally. So, if I didn't let the public know what happened, they wouldn't have refunded me. What an insult. They don't care about what happened or me, they just want to look good and for me to remove my negative review...NOPE! Wonder how many times this happened before to other customers who sold out for a refund and they then removed their negative review. So they make their customers jump through hoops and bad mouth them publicly instead of just doing the right thing to begin with. I found the greatest gem and I’m upset that I didn’t find this gem until recently. I discovered the hungry puppy, which is already my favorite location to get my two boys, their food, their treats and their toys and their Dog park that they now like better since it’s been rearranged, but they also have the best service for me and that is home delivery of my two boys food. I tried it for the very first time received my first delivery today not only was it well wrapped had a little bag of treats for my boys. They even got the directions to my front door correct a problem. I always have with delivery services as my front door isn’t easily seen. It’s a great service. The price was absolutely better than Chewy or AMAZON can ever offer. I am so glad that I discovered this service and will continue to use it. I will also share it with all my dog parents from all the dog parks that me and my boys go to when we go parking on the weekends. I love the hungry puppy...
