Went for the Halloween Trunk or Treat on 10/26/19. It was fantastic. Lots of candy for the kids, karaoke, hay rides, little cow train pulled by a tractor. Plenty of different little fun food. I wouldn't plan to try to get a full meal here, but there is lots of picnic seating for it. They have a place to buy beer and the lines are so quick. They even have an "adult" juice pouch in two flavors. The line for trunk or treat looks intimidating, but no worries, there is plenty of candy for everyone. A few of the trunks were a wee scary for a super fearful child (only 1 of my 3) but for the most part all of it was very child friendly. He's just naturally afraid. We just politely skipped a few with him and let them know he would be too afraid. Parking was easy peasy. The port-o-johns were clean and were lit inside, which makes a difference when it's dark. They also have a big stand of various sanitizers, lotions AND bug sprays in case you're getting beat up. The grounds are so clean and well kept. It's decorated nicely and there's nice places to take pictures. There's also a little playground that my kids enjoyed for more than an hour. We stayed for 3 and half hours and only spent the amount to come inside. Also, the family rate is great since it would normally be $5 per person. The family rate makes 2 adults and 3 kids a flat $20 bucks and then it's only $2 extra for additional kids. There were pumpkin carvings, an art contest, a cake contest, etc. Nice food trucks. Lines weren't long. It was a great time. Not overwhelming but plenty to enjoy. I'll be following the page to see what else comes up! Had...
Read moreThis place cannot handle the capacity they bring in. They have maybe 30 chairs for over 500 people. I started to feel really ill from being pregnant and standing for so long I had to sit in the grass because everything was taken. Their food trucks take over 20 minutes to make your food, they also tell you they’re out of a food after you’ve already ordered and have been waiting for 10 minutes. They have tractor rides just going through crowds of people, totally not a place for young kids. They have small play areas but will get trampled because there’s so many kids but the areas aren’t big enough for any room. Their parking also needs improvement, the aisles to park start at one end with a huge space between rows but as you get towards the end, the rows are so narrow you only have inches to even drive out between the rows, I can’t imagine how a larger vehicle could even get out of that parking space. Their activities are nothing special at all, a lawn mower ride through a huge group of people, a lawn mower with two recliner chairs and small little bounce houses is it. The only redeeming quality about this place is they serve alcohol but doesn’t help when your pregnant. I’ll be happy not to come back. There is a much better farm in the area with real tractor rides through a real farm.
This is also advertised as a family friendly place yet there were cigarette butts on the ground and a lady smoking under the only place that has a table and chairs. I hate being around smoke with my toddler and being pregnant. It was not a good look...
Read moreI had heard so many negative comments about how rude the owners are and problems caused by them and, although I saw them talking down about people on their Facebook, I still tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was just disgruntled customers. After interacting with this place myself, I soon realized that what I had heard was true. The owners of this place are rude, immature, and just plain nasty. If you're just going to have a typical day here without any complaints at all then I would assume you're fine. It seems like any comment that they deem negative, they automatically start attacking that person. So I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better establishments with much kinder and genuine people that are available for the public to visit.
I'm editing to add: if you look at all of the negative reviews they have received you will be able to read the very unprofessional and childish responses from the...
