We love the farm and definitely recommend visiting—it’s a beautiful place with great arrangements. However, we wanted to share a part of our experience that could use some improvement.
We visited on a day with heavy rain, as two families with 6-month-old babies. The babies were already wet from the rain when we were dropped off at the starting point. Since it was still pouring, we decided to wait under a shed where no further trips to the tulip fields were happening, so there was no rush.
Unfortunately, an older woman approached us and, in a rude and loud voice, began shouting that we had to leave and go back to our cars immediately. She didn’t take a moment to consider how difficult it would be for us to walk back in that weather with young infants.
We truly respect the work that goes into maintaining the farm and understand the need for organization, but visitors—especially paying ones—deserve respect and empathy. It’s not a public park; it’s a business that relies on guests. We still love the farm and what it offers, but we strongly feel that the staff’s behavior should reflect the same care and hospitality shown in the rest of...

The farm is absolutely beautiful. But I am disappointed with the treatment of disabled individuals with service pets. Not emotional service pets. They didn’t not allow my husband who had his service dog. My husband is disabled due to a stroke.

You didn’t comply to ADA. I believe You are making false accusations. You just assumed the service dog was emotional.
To the owner. I am disappointed the way you are handling this situation. You are discriminating against a disabled individual. Same on you for discriminating. Yes the dog was certified. You didn’t even allow us to explain. You just assumed the service dog was emotional....

We had tulip picking reservations and had questions about whether or not they would hold a tulip picking in the rain so we called multiple times the morning of our reservation, which was at 5 PM. The option to speak to someone or leave a message just kept ending with an abrupt hangup. We had no idea if they would still hold it in thunderstorms which ended up happening during the time of our reservation so we did not go. There was no option to cancel online so we just bought six more tickets for our family to go the next day and when we asked about a reimbursement for the thunderstorm and the faulty phone lines and how we were uncomfortable doing so with little kids, an older woman with short gray hair told us that “it wasn’t her problem”.
We still tulip picked and omg it was a cesspool of people taking TikTok videos and instagram photos....
