My girls have been here several times although I've only been with them this one time. They were having a Friday night special $5 hr, normal price is $15 so it was a great deal! If you've never been you do have to purchase socks from them to jump in which are $6.00. You can use them any time after that with no additional fee. It's pretty basic inside with the trampoline setup for the kiddos. On one end is a free style jump, in the middle is a dodge ball setup and then at the other end it's divided and there's a jump pit on one side and the other side is setup for the younger children. Non-jumpers can walk along a path and there's 2 different sets of stairs to access the trampolines. You can look up their website for all the birthday party info and what it includes completely. But basically for $250 you can have your own private room for your party with 11 guest (each additional guest is an additional $15), you have 1½ hours of jump time, (YOU have to purchase socks additionally). There's a few lil extras like a bottle of water for each guest, you can print invites and such. Again check out their website for all the info. They have a limited amount of sitting for parents or non-jumpers which was one of my issues. There's no designated sitting area for the jumpers or kids so I found myself standing because hot sweaty kids (who were suppose to be in the room next to where I "was" sitting) where taking up all that area and kicking water bottles. No parents or staff were acknowledging their activity (disappointing). Other than purchasing some water I didn't see that they have any other snacks which would be a nice additive as well. My only other complaint, and it's not mine it's my daughter's (they told me on the way home). They wanted to play dodge ball and there's rough 18yr oldish boys in there throwing the ball and little boys (and girls) 6 and 7 that the olds kids were getting joy out of hurting. The staff member told my daughter's to go to the other end as "that" end was for the older kids, BUT when they got to the other side the staff member there told them to go back over to the other side!! So, they just didn't participate in dodge ball :( They're still new and have kinks to work out but it is nice to have something for the kiddos to do on the weekends.

I took my child here to spend an afternoon. We moved here from another part of the state that had a trampoline park there. My child had the socks from the other park and the staff here would not let my child jump with those socks even though they were the same and had the safety grips on the bottom. The staff could not give a good reason other than it wasn’t their brand. They were rude and not very accommodating. We will not be returning

Single worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I am 55 yo. Would not recommend to any in all of east Texas. Save your time, and money. Supposed to be a fun place, yet all 4 of my kids wanted to leave. Unprofessional at its best. Beaumont has a much better place. A little further to drive, but worth it. Trust this ol' Man, and just avoid hijinks Lufkin. Thanks.

I had my daughter’s birthday party there this evening and I would NOT recommend this place at all. I paid $300 from 5-7 and for 11 jumpers. Everything started off fine, my host took the names of the kids I had that were coming and told me to send them to the front to get their wrist bands. So that’s what I did. They then proceeded to charge people who I had already paid for to jump instead of asking if they were with a party. I thought my host was supposed to stay near our room with the bracelets. My host stood by the counter, not behind it where the registers are and where people go to get their bracelets. So I thought that was kinda confusing. I then go to the counter and ask why they were charged and my host said it was a cashier mistake and that the people from my party did not specify that they were with a party, basically trying to put them blame on my friends instead of taking the blame themselves. In return I asked for them to give my friends their money back, they refused and said they don’t give refunds but will give my friends a card for a free hour of jump time. I told them I paid for these people to jump and my money is going to waste. $300 for a small room, 11 jumpers (who had to bring or buy their own socks), a couple tablecloths and some plates and napkins. And 11 water bottles. The staff were all young and mostly kids, even the assistant manager who also refused refunds to the people who were wrongfully charged. I booked this place thinking it would be a lot less stressful than having it at my house but in return I was left in tears from the frustration the staff was giving me. Now my father was there and was able to contact the owner and get my friends their money back so that was the only plus side (besides the fact that my daughter had a good time jumping). I literally feel like $300 went down the drain… Either way, I will not be back because of this horrible experience and very poor customer service from the staff. All they did the whole time was stand behind the counter and mingle with each other. I hardly saw any staff out helping or monitoring anything at all. The trash cans were overflowing. My father purchased a drink from the concession stand and the employee couldn’t figure out proper change, my dad had to tell how much to give back. Just thankful the owner gave my friends their money back. We also read that my daughter would get a choice of a free hour or a free shirt, she wanted the shirt but they didn’t even ask which one she wanted. They just gave us a card for free hour of jump time after I paid the rest of what I owed. After the experience I had, I just took the card because at that point I was ready to leave I was so exhausted. It was also really warm in the...

I wouldn't recommend this place to people of color. My family had a horrible experience on my 2-year-old son's birthday. First, we were being watched like we were convicts while we were watching my 2 year old jump there for the first time. The red head boy approached me at one time while I was recording him jumping saying "I can't have phones on the trampoline" which I wasn't on the trampoline. I noticed the other workers that were on the trampoline weren't as invested in stalking other kids or their parents. While still watching us, (mind you there are other kids playing in the area..yet we were being watched) .The little red head boy didn't watch no other child but mine and us...in fact his back was towards the people that were behind him.My child was playing in the childs play area and was throwing some small balls and the red head walked up to the railing an said something to him in a very unfriendly way. I was close but couldn't hear what he had said. Another time while my child was in the childs play area he walked up to my child again as if he were goin to touch him or take something from him. I immediately told him that he better not touch my son. (First an foremost he just turned 2 so he has no clue at what the little boy was saying). At this point we are still being watched like convicts...My sons dad had a hat on the whole time an was with my son in the dodge ball area for the small kids. He came from where he was watching us from initially and said something about a hat. I then stopped interacting with my son to see what the issue was now!! At, this point I've had enough..so I went an asked where the manager was...an low an behold they are kids too(Emily and Dylan). I tell them about what's going on and they say that they told him to go tell him about the hat. They go on to say that it's posted all around..lol even in the area where we were. That's where I had to correct them because there was nothing in the childs play area (where other signs we posted) about phones or hats. I even walked them to the area and did they look retarded! Emily then goes to say well its over there(over there being somewhere we were not).I then tell her well there needs to be sign here..I'm not over there to read any signs! Meanwhile, their trampolines aren't covered effectively to ensure the safety of the kids that are jumping but yet we were watched like convicts. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. If you're colored don't waste your money or time in...
