Huntingburg Lake — Attraction in Huntingburg

I would give this place 4 stars because I don't know if it fully deserves that 100%, the particular reason for this is there are tons of snakes that you can encounter and whenever I go, I always have to be on the watch for these things because I don't want to get bitten, Most of the snakes in the water arnt venomous to humans, and some people might say that they are Copperheads, but most of the time Copperheads are in a secluded spot and curled up. I am not saying that whenever you go to the lake and you see a snake in the water it is not a Copperhead, and you should still steer clear of snakes that you do not 100% know what species it is and if it is or isn't venomous to humans.

This is a very good place to take scenic pictures for the photographers, especially early in the morning as soon as the sun starts to rise. I haven't yet gotten pictures of the sunset, but I just bet it is as beautiful as the sunrise. This is the place where I had taken my Senior pictures, which I am very happy to end up viewing. There are also “tame” ducks that I had gotten pictures of that you can feed, you might not beagle to pet them exactly but you can end up getting very close to them if you want to get...

I love this place it's so relaxing even tho I'm from South Georgia but this place just extremely nice especially...

Great small lake! Easy to kayak around. Seems like people do a lot of fishing. You can see bald eagles...
