Beautiful quiet woods with some fields and clearings. Groomed and ungroomed trails with connections to the backcountry via the Catamount Trail.
Reasonable day fees; season memberships for individuals and families are a bargain. Trail maps and self registration are at the unstaffed warming hut. With no staff to offer advice and maps and trail markings that can be confusing, it's a good idea to ski with a buddy or a GPS/Topo app.
