A nice little easy secluded hike. It was alittle tricky to find. No cell service in the area. If you snapshot a few map images before you go it may help. The map says 6 off 21 but it's not marked as 6 on the road. Sorry, but I don't remember if it was 9056 that it was marked as. It's a dirt road with a bus stop ahead sign and a cluster of mailboxes making it look like just a driveway. Once on "6" the trailhead will be on the right after the left swoop in the road where the road widens alittle so you can park on the right side about 0.8 miles in off 21. The beginning of the trail looks like just a off road truck trail, which is why we drove past it the first time plus we missed the wilderness sign that's on your left across from the trail. Once on the trail when you cross the little creek take a left and that will descend you down...

Even in early October the falls were still trickling and very pretty. The hike out wasn't very scenic, but it was pretty flat and way out in the woods. There's no parking besides the side of the road and it's easy to miss the trailhead, it is however exactly where Google says it is so download the offline map and watch your gps while going down the dirt access road. If you reach the house you've gone too far. Since this trail gets very little traffic be prepared to walk through a lot of spider webs. Get a stick. The falls themselves are a beautiful area with the Arkansas rock formations you probably came to see. Don't be afraid to wander around and explore a little because it's definitely the focus of the...

Wonderful trail and the waterfall at the end was amazing! The trail is relatively easy to hike, when you get to the end at the waterfall the terrain is a little rough but it’s so worth the hike. It’s a little hard to find the trial head and make sure you don’t drive car into the parking area if it’s muddy. There is a wooden sign on the right side letting you know where the trial head is but it’s hard to see. Definitely was worth the time and...

Magnolia Falls is just perfect in Spring! Located near Boxley in the Upper Buffalo Wilderness area, the 1.25 mile each way hike is an easy one, following a well established and popular trail. For the more adventurous souls, expand the hike to visit Woods Boys Falls, Hadlock Cascades and Stahle Falls while you are here. Many more falls in the area! This hike and fall is pin 63 on our kid friendly Falls in AR map.
