Well well well...

UGH!

Once again, white women have ruined this country. First it was with their Starbunks and now this - serioutsly? I was perusing the web - or surfing it, as some might say - when I came across "dead children playground" and my curiosity was instantly piqued (similarly to the great Grandpa Login when he heard of recent technological advances in stone rigs). Despite being on a date in a swanky restaurant (see my hunk of meat in the attached photos -oh! and my steak (haha)) I quickly dropped everything on my plate (not literally of course, I was having a stake dinner which was expensive ($400 upward) (stake mignon)) to investigate further on my laptop.

You see, I am a connoisseur of dead children. Previously I was a pediatric mortician but was dishonorably discharged (for reasons (not telling)), but my passion lingers. So I took to Bing and did some research, and that's when I discovered the name was no lie -- ghosts of dead children haunt this park, and it is up to me (Tee Villigan (the author of this very review)) to take them down.

Then my stake became cold... well I gave up and ate the stake. Fump those...

If you happen to be in the area and love haunted locations, this is a must to check out.

We went during the day and at night. When we went during the night, you could feel the temperature drop when you got down to the park and my son who was 16 at the time felt something touch him, he ended up running back to the car and refused to come back down 😂.

Also, despite no wind that night, one of the swings was moving. Unfortunately, I can't find the video at the moment, but I will upload it later if I find it.

I would also recommend checking out the cemetery. We spent about four hours between doing both, but we did not check out the...

I wanted to visit the Maple Hill Park Cemetery because of its connection with the paranormal. I took a lot of pictures and videos but I haven't found anything yet. BUT my Nikon' s battery was drained in under 10 minutes and I have a lot of video and pictures that some how just weren't on the memory cards. Most were intentional shots and videos of the swings and background that just aren't there. We make a nice day of it by stoping by ROCKET CITY on the way back.. If you remember Galaxy and Apollo it's a must, they have the Space Shuttle also... Thanks for hearing my babble hope...

Very nice old historic park with lots of neat rock formations since it was an old quarry. Too bad the old equipment was ripped out but at least they put something back in for the families that go there. There are a lot of really old stories about this little park just go and see for yourself its a really neat and beautiful park regardless of whether you believe or not things happen really late when park is closed anyway. They do have a ghost tour and the Maple Hill Cemetery stroll if you want to hear the history of this historic cemetery.
