If I could zero stars. Too many variations on height, none of the height measures match, rude staff that was extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic. If your child is below 49 inches save your money. Lifeguards not on same page, some let kids 30 inches go down others stick to 48. Splash central is just a money grab. Save your money, take the time and go somewhere nicer. 50 dollars in entrance fees wasted. You can do better Splash central, you choose not to. Bring your own food, way cheaper. Super disappointed the same child could go down slides last year but not this year. Then you have lifeguards arguing with their boyfriends not paying attention to a boy trying to drown a girl. They brag what great lifeguards they have š¬
Edited to add: watched not one but two lifegaurds sneak their definitely under 48" brother go down slide. One let a mom and her son under 48" go down, must have known each other. RULES SHOULD APPLY TO EVERYONE. Apparently if you work there you dont have to follow rules. Notified mngr, didn't seem too bothered but said he would check unto it.
Would be nice if management addressed issues but like I said it's all just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time at this venue. Grew up in Huron and brought my kids back for a visit. Not so great experience...a definate reflection of how the city has changed. Life guard tells my kid he can't do some thing, another kids does it and nothing is said. In fact, laughed about it. We were watching my son dive off the diving board, other kids were running behind us and acting like they were going to dive over us. Once, the boy hit me in the back and was laughing about it and another girl was being sarcastic and asking if we were mad. Same lifeguard watched and laughed. We got up to leave and 2 of the kids yelled toward us, this is our house. This is our house. My first mind, was to snatched him up and tell him I probably grew up with his parents. I just told my kids to move to the lazy river.
Waterpark was pretty cool overall. Fun for all ages. The one lifeguard and lack of confronting disrespectful behavior of certain swimmers was very disappointing. I was embarrassed my kids felt unwelcome in...

Both pools have water features to interact and play with. There is also a lazy river. On very busy days, there is sometimes not enough shaded areas with chairs to put your belongings so come early on the weekends to get a good spot. Keep in mind that the water park shuts down regularly throughout the day to give the lifeguards a mandatory break (as required by law). Some water parks will higher extra staff to cover these breaks but Splash...
