Not sure of this places policies on anything but here's what I experienced. I previously use to take kids here as part of my work, only because it was convenient and close walking distance. Found a drug device on the playground equipment around 2 pm last summer, 20+ children were playing on the equipment by the time we arrived. I removed it and quickly washed my hands in the restrooms with no T.P or P.T.
