This is one of the tallest dams in the world. It is very impressive. There are two scheduled tours of the dam. One in the morning, usually at 10:00 AM, and one in the afternoon at about 1:00 PM. A tour guide will take you deep inside, then take an elevator to the top, and walk about 1/2 the distance of the dam across the top.

In the museum there are stuffed animals of the local wildlife, and a model of the dam and the reservoir. You can watch short films about the dam, and the building of the dam. The most interesting for me, is the last river run...

Was a chaperone for my kids field trip here. The guide was knowledgeable and patient. We spent the right amount of time in each area to engage the kids. Answered the questions from adults and children alike with the same attitude. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who's curious about...
