Excellent hidden gem a few miles from Wallace, Idaho on I-90. Take the Cold Creek Exit (exit 66, located in Mullan) and it's right there. Not much to see here, but fountains, a picnic table, dog house, a birdhouse & glorious nature. So beautiful and it's a fun stop for family pictures or nature photography whichever. Look up the story about Elmer on Google of the story of a man named Elmer who is the owner & one of the original miner workers. Truckers, there is a place for you to pull through too. Stop by, relax, take a break. The best fresh Mountain water you'll ever have is right here. Fill your water bottles, wash your hands, splash some water on your face or give your fur babies some water as well.

Rachel B. ?There was no wayto tell u how good your photo,s are I love how the one of the fir trees shows how tall they are. The mt. photo at your ch. is terrific too. My ph.cam doesn,t do that well. I was there today. It smells so good now it's rained. The trees are so tall. It's pretty toward the hill. They did spiff it up. They are keeping it clean. About time it got some respect. ??@ I heard it has a care taker now. He must love it..good care. Thank u. Be sure to take the exit after if u r going back toward Wallace . I voted today! So wish that were the end of it and Dec. were here.

What a hidden treasure! We stopped here on a whim after spotting it on our Google mapped travel route. Only one other person pulled off the entire time we were here. The water is so cold and crisp and straight from a bubbling mountain spring. It’s the best water I’ve enjoyed in a long time. Stands out above even the favorite bottled waters we’ve paid to enjoy. If we could get back here someday we would. It’s a highlight on a fun filled trip. What water is supposed to taste like!!
