It's you're looking for a short hike in Coeur d'Alene this is an easy one. I followed the recommended path and I may have missed something. We walked to the top of the point on a paved path. There are places you can get to the water along the way but it's a little steep. When you get to the very top where the park area is, it would be difficult to get to the water if you're not careful. It's VERY steep at that point. People were describing a beach area but I couldn't figure out how to get my family there safely. It was a highlight of our 3-state...
Read moreAbsolutely beautiful place.. We had our wedding there. The only problem with that is it's not worth the money they want for it and reserving it is a joke. Locals were very rude and kept interrupting our event. We had hikers and bikers walking and riding thru everything. There was 3 signs up to let everyone know it was reserved and the local said they didn't care and to shut up. Worst experience ever. Don't bother reservations just go up there and get there first. It's no different either way. Absolutely ridiculous and ashamed to tell people I live in this town after the way they...
