Very packed campground and the lake for day use the forest ranger stated he had never seen so many people at the lake before on the same day.The Forest service should add more parking and add double the amount of camp spaces due to the community growing with leaps and bounds.I hope to see this area grow in camp sites and facilities to use during a day use group or overnight campers in general.I seen more that 50 + people lookin for a camp spot that were shutdown due to the lack of camp spaces that is important funding not captured due to lack of spots. Other than that its a very quiet fun place to take your family to...

The lake itself is beautiful and the surrounding mountains alive with wildflowers..what ruins it are the people..the loud motorized atvs the campers with their gigantic rvs cutting branches off trees to fit their gigantic needs..the trashed bathrooms expecting the forest service to clean them up..chasing moose on their motorized "recreational vehicles" kids helping themselves to your campsite wandering around and yelling..so its not really camping and experiencing nature anymore..I think they should close the park for awhile...

If you’re in the Burley Idaho area, this lake is a great place for families with younger kids. We went paddle boarding with friends and our 5yr old. The water is calm and there are little areas to explore. We loved it! We came in a truck and had a hard time getting around other big trucks on the one car lane so keep that in mind. We also saw sedans and smaller...

A little less water but just like I remembered as a child! Was very pleased with cleanliness and ease of access to the lake. They have done much to the roads that lead to the lake including widening them and maintaining them. Was superbly pleased that the lake I loved as a child was still as beautiful for my children!
