MY WIFE AND I ALONG WITH OUR 2 GRAND CHILDREN HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. OUR GUIDE, JOE, WAS GREAT. HE EXPLAINED THE HISTORY BEHIND TREE SAP COLLECTION FROM THE NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN'S DISCOVERY OF TREE SAP COLLECTION TO THE MODERN DAY PROCESS AS WELL AS HOW A TREE GROWS AND GENERATES SAP. WE MADE 4 STOPS ALONG THE 1 MILE WALK THROUGH THE WOODS WHERE OTHER INSTRUCTORS DEMONSTRATED AND EPLAINED DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE COLLECTION PROCESS. ALL IN ALL WE FOUND THE EXPERIENCE VERY INFORMATIVE AND GOOD WAY TO ENJOY A LITTLE EXERCISE OUTDOORS. THE DAY WE CHOOSE COULDN'T BE BETTER, SUNNY AND 60 DEGREES ADDED TO THE EXPERIENCE.
OUR THANKS TO ALL THE VOLUNTEERS

The serene environment, good biking and hiking trails, and dog-friendly policy make it an excellent choice for outdoor enthusiasts. The well-marked trails are meticulously maintained, and the loops are ideal for short hikes. Additionally, the maple festival held here is informative and worth attending. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful...
